This topic is sad. Real Sports did a special on this. There is shocking percentage of linebackers that don't live past the age of 55. I don't remember the exact figures, but it was like over half. I think that it's funny how the NFL tries to make the fat vs. muscle argument. check out the 300lb linebacker 5 years after he retires. Sure 3lbs of steak for a meal is nothing when you run 5 miles a day. They don't make commericals about life after football. A "where are they now," just wouldn't work. Because a documentary at a graveyard, simply isn't cool.
