dude - those shrimps look like the 'sakuraebi' that's used for okonomiyaki. I love them things. Good in yakimashi too. Shit....Now I'm hungry.
I remember that your fingers used to get all red and itchy when you shelled shrimp for tempura, which is a sign for an allergic reaction. Does this mean that you can't be exposed to chitosan products?
